Primary Function In this role, the Onsite Solutions Content Specialist is responsible for validating and inputting KeepStock information through coordination and/or collection from internal business partners to support existing customer site transitions and new customer site setups.
All to help us deliver on key organizational objectives.
Included in KeepStock information is the customer, product, storage, slotting, user, and billing group information as well as interfacing with Onsite Operations team members & Regional Project Leads.
Success in this role is achieved by flawlessly enabling our business partners to implement our inventory management solution as evidenced by efficient cycle times, completeness and accuracy of information, and customer and business partner satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for product information activities such as: Review and validate all site setup information collected from customers and field partners through site setup activities to ensure accurate data is properly loaded for existing customer transitions and new KeepStock customers setups into Workstation.
This includes, but is not limited to: Site Setup File Retrieval: Consumption users, site setup files (Snowflake) Replenishment Product / Customer Product Setup Storage Area / Storage Unit Setup Slotting of Customer Product Billing Group Setup and Proper Association Consumption User Setup Site Setup Accuracy Self and/or Peer Review Accountable for meeting site creation and data input cycle time and accuracy goals.
Collaborate with Onsite Operations team members and/or Regional Project Leads when data inaccuracies are identified to find resolution, prevent issues at customer go-live and ensure accuracy.
Education and Experience BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of experience in related field preferred.
Proven experience with data review, validation, input, and the associated processes preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal business partners.
Proven verbal and written communication skills that can work in complex situations with professionalism.
Proficiency preferred with Excel and Word processing.
Models' customer focus in terms of response time, commitment and resourcefulness.
Excellent attention to detail with focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality of data.
Strong Organizational and Executional Skills that deliver results.
Strong Data Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills.
