Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to manage and support compliance-related projects and administrative tasks.
This role involves handling client permits, coordinating compliance services, maintaining inventories, and supporting the compliance team with various tasks.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Client Compliance Management:  Oversee and manage client compliance permits.
Compliance Software Operations:  Operate company compliance software for tracking and updating compliance tasks.
Service Coordination:  Set up, coordinate, and track compliance service jobs.
Reporting:  Complete and submit compliance reports within established guidelines.
Administrative Support:  Assist with office support, equipment inventory, data management, and file storage.
Inventory Management:  Track and manage assets, supplies, and inventory.
Business Correspondence:  Prepare and send emails and other business communications using MS Office.
File Management:  Organize and maintain various types of company files.
General Office Support:  Provide comprehensive office support as needed.
Skills/Requirements: Language Proficiency:  Strong reading and writing skills in English; verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
Technical Aptitude:  Willingness and ability to learn regulatory and equipment procedures.
Problem-Solving:  Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills:  Excellent customer service, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Multi-tasking:  Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strict attention to detail.
Microsoft Office Proficiency:  Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel (formulas, report editing, and development).
Nice-to-Haves: Compliance Background:  Familiarity with government forms or compliance documentation.
Relevant Industry Experience:  Experience in administration for a construction or trade-related company.
Technical Knowledge:  Knowledge of chemistry, wastewater management, or laboratory procedures.
