As a Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialist for EF Tours, you are the primary resource for parents as they navigate the process of sending their middle and high school students o You will handle all aspects of the customer life cycle, by providing our travelers and their parents with information from initial tour enrollment, to preparing for departure, right up to the tour itself.
This phone-based role will allow you to combine your sales instincts and outstanding customer service skills to ensure that families have everything they need for a successful tour planning experience.
