We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Head to lead their people management strategy.
This key position will play a fundamental role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent across the organization.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure the hiring of top professionals in the energy sector.
Collaborate with company leaders to identify talent needs and develop succession and leadership development plans.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of high performance and promote workplace well-being.
Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide strategic guidance to improve individual and organizational performance.
Stay abreast of trends and best practices in talent management to ensure the company remains an attractive and competitive employer.
Requirements: +5 years of experience in talent management roles, preferably in the energy industry or related sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive organizational growth and success.
Results-oriented, with an analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent will be positively regarded.
Location: Hybrid, based in Panama City.
