Talent Sourcing Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent across multiple channels, including networking, employee referrals, professional associations, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Conduct in-depth research to identify and map out key talent pools, including industry trends and relevant networking communities, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing passive candidates in T&IC sector.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring a constant supply of top-tier talent for future positions.
Support highly confident leadership decision-making through thoughtful, detailed, and consultative end-to-end searches (e.g., talent market intelligence, candidate assessments, candidate preparation and experiences, interview preparation, structured interviewing, compensation, and negotiation practices).
Examine the current state of the job market and external competitors, identifying major trends that are impacting the supply and demand for labor.

Deep Technical Sourcing Expertise Deep knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strings Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition areas and 2 years of experience working for LATAM.
At least 3 years of experience recruiting top management positions and 3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, services, or engineering areas.
