Primary Responsibilities Full Accounting Cycle Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts Prepare and review journal entries, including accruals and adjustments Reviewing monthly P&Ls Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Financial Statement Preparation Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Ensure financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation Financial Analysis Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes Review and process vendor invoices and customer payments Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements Compile data for tax filing Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external audits Stakeholder Engagement Ensure transparent communication between all relevant stakeholders Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues that arise Proactively inform management of concerns or barriers to achieving objectives (e.g., financial results or meeting timelines)
