The Role As a Senior Recruiter , you will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent for the company.
You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the best professionals join the team.

You will also actively participate in strategic young talent recruitment projects , helping to shape the future of the company by attracting and developing the next generation of professionals.
Key Responsibilities : Design and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly for technical and industrial roles.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle: from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and final negotiations.
Lead young talent acquisition projects , bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Collaborate closely with internal leaders to understand hiring needs and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Optimize recruitment tools and systems to make the hiring process more efficient and effective.
Requirements : At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial or technical sectors.
Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
Experience in young talent acquisition projects is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Work modality: A contractor/freelancer agreement with an initial duration of 3 to 6 months.
