The Sr.
Talent Acqusition Analyst will identify, diagnose, design and implement improvements in process, systems, to make measurable improvements to maximize the operations performance and meet the department and Company goals.
You will translate data and give recommendations, inform strategy, and influence decisions.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Serves as subject matter expert and coach on business process management, continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Regularly participates and/or leads cross funcional project teams to develop and execute CI process improvement efforts in support of business objectives.
Works with the functional leaders to develop standard work processes and ensure process documentation remains up-to-date and available in the process library.
Acquires and maintains current knowledge of all Global Talent Acqusition policies, procedures, systems, products and trends.
Encourage and train the team to use data to solve problems and develop the quality and efficiency of the different processes managed.
Provide reporting and dashboards on operational and strategic metrics.
Produce accurate reports for internal and external partners Provide analysis, insights and recommendations that helps leaders prioritize and set direction, aligning with company and department goals.
Analyze and translate raw data, and prepare recommendations to solve ambiguous and complex issues.
Collaborate with partners define reporting requirements and translate into tangible insight or tools Document procedures and processes appropriately to build a library of solutions.
Preferred Education & Experience: BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
English proficiency, both written and verbal, required.
Bachellor's Degree in business, data analytics or related fields 1+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a data focused role Experience working with Business Intelligence/visualization (e.g.
Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Domo) Proficiency in Microsoft Office functionality (e.g.
Word, Excel, Visio, Access dB, PowerPoint) expected Project and Process Management experience Strong verbal and written communication to proactively and effectively communicate to all levels of management Proven ability to lead group activities (CI and project events) and influence without authority.
Ability to make large scale presentations.
Strong interpersonal, organization, analytical and project management skills.
Exercise strategic thinking to drive process improvements Must be proactive and able to work with little or no supervision.
Ability to consistently follow through, effect action, and bring focus to situations.
Understands complex problems and provides business solutions.
Preferred Skills and Competencies: Lean Six Sigma Certification Knowledge of ServiceNow or SharePoint as Site Editor Experience working with enterprise data warehouse systems (e.g.
