Job Description HEROIC Cybersecurity (HEROIC.com) is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
As an SDR at HEROIC Cybersecurity, your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives (AEs) to close.
You will engage in cold outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns.  This is a remote in Panama City, and a full-time position that requires working during U.S. business hours.  Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our enterprise solutions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings between potential clients and Account Executives.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
AI Utilization:   Leverage AI tools to maximize outreach touchpoints and enhance engagement.
Collaboration:   Work closely with AEs and the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
Requirements Experience:   Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
Language Skills:   Fluent in English with minimal accent; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and experienced in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
AI Experience:   Familiarity with using AI tools to improve sales outreach efforts.
(ChatGPT, Gemini, etc) Work Schedule:   Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
Remote Work Setup:   Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace with limited interruptions.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a high level of initiative and accountability.
Cybersecurity and/or Technical sales experience a plus.

Although the majority of this position is remote.
You may be required to travel periodically, attend business meetings, conferences or meet with the team in person.  Compensation:   Base Salary of $1000 - $1500 + Commission model based on performance and experience.
There is no ceiling to your compensation plan .

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology sector.
Proven track record in both SaaS software sales and Managed Service Sales.
Extensive experience managing and scaling large, remote, and international sales teams, including AEs and SDRs.
Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with industry-leading sales enablement software (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft, InsideSales.com, Spiff.com, Gong.io).
Experience with CRM technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.io, etc.
Familiarity with auto-dialing, power dialing technologies.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI-based sales enablement technologies into sales systems to enhance outreach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Other Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
Experience in IT Services and Cybersecurity Industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
