Esta posición será responsable de todo el proceso y la trazabilidad de las Licitaciones gubernamentales en Panamá, apoyando al área comercialPrincipales ResponsabilidadesManejo en el proceso licitacion COMPLETO: Codificacion, Cotizacion, Documentacion, Notaria, Propuesta, Registros, participacion en PANAMA COMPRAS, Planificacion de Producto correspondiente a las Licitaciones de Gobierno con tiempos establecidos.Coordinacion con Customer Service & Supply Chain para el proceso de entrega de las ordenes de compra correspondiente a las Licitaciones de Gobierno.Manejo y control de los consumibles que se entregan a los clientes..Comunicacion y atencion a todos los cliente en todos los temas relacionados..Seguimiento de tareas y actividades comerciales de carácter administrativo, mercadeo.Manejo y control de la herramienta de PANAMA COMPRAS.Comunicacion con los depto de compras de todas las entidades de Gobierno.Dominio del proceso licitatorio legal para asegurar cumplir todos los procesos.Educación Requerida: Administración o SimilarExperiência: 4+ años en procesos de licitación gubernamental en Panamá en el área médicaManejo de Office AvanzadoAtención del detalle
