As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with booking travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in booking reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
Provide accurate information regarding travel options, pricing, and availability.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's travel experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be bilingual.
Reside and have work authorization in Panama.
Possess a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
