Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to manage our recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will process inbound applicants, post jobs, and review candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), optimize talent playbooks in Notion, and handle key administrative tasks.
The candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the speed of our hiring processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Inbound Recruitment (90%): Manage the first touch of inbound applications, including candidate screenings, video requests, and form responses.
Ensure a fast review process to enhance candidate experience.
Outbound Recruitment (10%): Support outbound recruitment efforts and improve sourcing strategies for all roles.
ATS Management: Oversee Greenhouse ATS processes, including job postings, form creation, and pipeline management.
Conduct audits to optimize postings and candidate experience.
Website & Job Page Management: Update the job page on the company website, ensuring accurate and enhanced job listings.
Talent Playbook Management: Maintain and update Talent Playbooks in Notion, ensuring the accuracy of talent acquisition processes.
Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as candidate summaries, test project invoices, and PI assessment management.
Key Metrics: Maintaining or decreasing a 2-day review of applications, reducing holding time for candidates, and improving candidate experience overall.
Increase accuracy of job postings through regular auditing, enhanced processes within our ATS, and increased visibility on company reviews.
Accuracy of postings and enhanced landing page information.
Increase audits and more frequently updated information.
Reduce time in candidates being reviewed by hiring managers, increase candidate satisfaction with a quick turnaround for PI results, and accurate job descriptions.
Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in SaaS or fast-growth tech environments.
Proficiency in managing ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Predictive Index (PI) management.
Ability to audit and optimize recruitment workflows.
Experience in outbound recruitment sourcing.
Strong knowledge of AI tools for drafting job descriptions.
Nice-to-Haves: Tech Savvy.
Experience processing high volume of applicants.
