Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive operational efficiency in our real estate investment company.
This role is designed for a proactive individual with a background in real estate operations who can bridge strategic vision with tactical execution.
The ideal candidate will excel in team management, process optimization, and will act as the primary liaison between our leadership team and a globally distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Execute the strategic vision set by leadership, ensuring alignment across departments and efficient day-to-day operations.
Process Development & Automation: Design, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and automation to streamline operations.
Team Management: Coach and support a diverse team, driving productivity and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture.
Global Talent Integration: Manage onboarding, training, and development for remote team members, ensuring smooth global talent integration.
Technology & Systems Management: Utilize project management tools and data insights to monitor performance and improve processes.
Strategic Execution: Ensure tactical execution of company initiatives and timely completion of projects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose innovative solutions, and lead change initiatives to support scaling efforts.
Qualifications: Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate investment or operations.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized teams and promote accountability and high performance.
Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude with automation tools, project management software, and data analysis.
Leadership Traits: Intelligent, accountable, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving.
Growth Orientation: Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with detailed execution.
High-Trust Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with global team members.
