They are seeking to expand their team with a detail-oriented and efficient Purchasing / Procurement Analyst to support their purchasing and data analysis processes.
Position Overview: As the Purchasing / Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the team with data entry for purchasing, running regular analyses by SKU and vendor, and maintaining a clean and organized procurement process.
This role will initially focus on data entry, with an opportunity to take on more analytical responsibilities once you become familiar with the workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Enter and manage purchase order data, vendor information, and SKU details accurately.
Procurement Process Support: Assist with managing purchasing tasks, including documentation and order processing.
Regular Analysis: Conduct analysis of purchasing data, focusing on SKU performance and vendor relationships.
CRM Management: Help maintain and update CRM records related to procurement, ensuring accuracy.
Reporting: Generate reports on purchasing trends, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to streamline procurement processes and suggest improvements.
Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry and procurement-related roles.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with inventory management platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills: Experience in procurement or purchasing in a similar industry.
Familiarity with vendor management and inventory control.
Knowledge of basic procurement software systems.
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
