JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleProcurement CoE SpecialistJob DescriptionThe Procurement CoE Specialistis responsible of executing the standardized and harmonized business processes for the Procurement domain for LATAM by monitoring user behaviors, capture learnings and actively share experiences with respective BPEs.Your role:Perform day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead;Perform operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation;Stakeholders management and support;Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval, Parked invoices;Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America;Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America.You're the right fit if: You possess an academic background in Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Admin.Have +1 years of experience in Procurement or a solid mix between experience and academic background.Advanced knowledge of English.Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Excel.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
