Your work will help create unforgettable, culturally immersive travel experiences for our customers.This is a full-time, fixed-term trainee position starting on January 13th, 2025, and ending on July 31st, 2025.
The role begins with a mandatory five-day in-office onboarding period, after which you can transition to a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).WHAT YOU WILL DO:As an intern, you will assist the Tour Success team in delivering exceptional group travel experiences.
Your primary focus will be to support the team in ensuring a seamless journey for our customers from start to finish, including pre-tour preparations, real-time operational support, and post-tour follow-up.This position is located in Panama, while the team you will be supporting is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
To maximize collaboration, the working hours for this role are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, allowing for optimal overlap with the Zurich office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide emergency telephone service for operational on tour issues (taking calls, logging cases, resolving issues).Provide on-tour support and assist with the operational tasks required to produce a tour.Assisting with group bookings for business partners, museums, and activities throughout Europe.Handle late tour changes such as late additions and cancellations of travelers.REQUIREMENTS:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsShowcasing adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment Calm under pressure and can handle competing priorities, high call/email volume with a sense of urgency Organizational skills and great attention to detailFluent in English.
