We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager  to provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative roles, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of responsibilities with a high degree of accountability.
  Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee and complete all office management tasks to ensure efficiency.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, enabling easy access for team members.
Coordinate with service providers to support operational needs.
  Organizational Support: Perform ongoing organizational tasks to streamline office workflows.
Represent the office in internal activities and organizational alignments.
  Team and Project Assistance: Make travel arrangements for team members, ensuring seamless itineraries.
Support Project Managers with small, clearly defined project-related tasks.
  Data Management: Gather and maintain Excel lists for various purposes, such as staff, payments, and contacts.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
Qualifications required:  Proven experience of at least 2 years in administrative/office management roles.
Familiarity with coordinating service providers and supporting project teams.
Prior experience in travel coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - English Full Professional Level required.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and accountable for operational and administrative tasks.
