Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts.
This role is critical for driving traffic, capturing demand, engaging audiences, and maximizing ROI across paid media, SEO, and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Management: Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and performance maximization.
SEO Strategy and Implementation: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and site structure to improve search engine visibility.
Create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute strategies to increase social media engagement and followers by 25-30% within six months.
Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Analyze metrics and refine strategies to improve performance.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and measure campaign success using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Use data to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work with the Marketing Director and President to refine corporate LinkedIn strategies.
Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to meet KPIs.
Mentor junior marketing team members or collaborate with external agencies as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on paid media, SEO, and social media management.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong understanding of performance metrics and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website CMS (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress).
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar programs.
Graphic design skills and bilingual proficiency (English and French) are strong advantages.
