Job Title: Power System Technician Job Location: Maintenance Line 2 Office- Panamá Introduction The Power System Technician will depend on the Head of Energy Workshop and will be responsible for corrective maintenance operations executed on power supplies ensuring compliance rates and quality of service requirements established.
Overview: Maintain optimum operation of the Power System (shipped and fixed), in coordination with the different areas of the company.
Meet the standards of QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) and RAMS (reliability, availability, maintenance and safety in the various maintenance activities performed for clients of Alstom.
Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations and standards for risk prevention.
Specific responsibilities of the role: Comply with safety regulations.
Responsibility for compliance rates and quality requirements.
Perform corrective maintenance operations on power supply systems.
Analysis and troubleshooting, including the preparation of research reports, if necessary.
Tracking repeated problems in energy supply systems, proposing lines of research to solve them.
Analysis of the records of the equipment maintenance software, to optimize the maintenance of the supplies of energy systems.
Report the problem to occur in the operation.
Report the results of the maintenance operations carried out online or workshop to keep our computer database updated.
Suggest improvements to the Maintenance Plan.
Suggest improvements in procedures / materials / media to optimize service.
Suggest personal training needs considered adequate for an improvement in the development of their jobs.
Ensure that employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies Support in other project areas.

Previous experience : Industrial maintenance experience will be valued, especially in the area of rail maintenance and works with Medium / High Voltage At least 3 years of experience in operations area and/or power supply technical area.
Technical Skills English – basic level.

SAP or Railsys knowledge is a plus Proactive.

Education Technical training/experience and/or University degree in Electric or Electronics Engineering.

Knowledge of Installation and Maintenance of cold storage facilities, air conditioning and heat production.
Not mandatory Knowledge of industrial computing.
Not mandatory Additional Training: Maintenance training and industrial equipment (especially in rail) will be value.
Not mandatory Knowledge of office software (Windows, Office, ...) You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
