We are currently looking for a skilled and driven legal assistant to join our team. Your role will be to help our legal team administratively so that the firm runs smoothly. A highly organized, customer-focused person with the ability to manage a range of administrative and clerical activities is needed for this position. The ideal applicant would be highly capable of multitasking in a hectic setting and have outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for attorneys.
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned by the legal team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Office environment with regular office hours.
