They handle all aspects of the sale, from assessment to closing, ensuring that homeowners can move forward quickly and with peace of mind.
Requirements: - Proven Experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company is required - Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling - Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2 - Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Real Estate CRMs and sales tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target - Knows Go high level (preferred) Responsabilities: - Reaching out to potential buyers and giving them options according to their buying criteria.
-Creating a buyer list and managing CRMs in order to have a smooth and efficient system on the buying side of the business.
- Finding qualified cash buyers and identifying their buying needs.
- Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing and positioning for properties.
- Negotiate offers, contracts with Buyers / Investors - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
