Youll be responsible of the distributor's management, supporting its sales force to achieve the strategic objectives in the different channels/markets.
Your purpose would be to maintain and expand relationships with distributors and customers while assuring strategic business plan implementation.
This role located in Panamá and offers flexible work models.
A Taste of What Youll Be DoingStrategic Mindset: Assure execution of the commercial calendar & JBP plan strategy through the distributor.
Define business priorities of distributors sales force.Assure Execution: Executive business discipline & Distributor Management guidelines: weekly meetings, Sales force trainings, etc.
Drive and deliver growth by ensuring fundamentals execution and identify new business opportunities.Customer Focus: Drive customer engagement to build trust and preference.
Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn.
Interact regularly with sales forces related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.Were Looking for Someone WitBachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.Knowledge and experience in managing distributors.
Proven experience in handling data, numerical tables and data analysis tools Previous experience in the consumers goods industry and distributor model.Knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
