Jr. Supply Chain

Requirements:• 3+ years of experience in a business environment• Education – High School Diploma/G.E.D• English and Spanish Language (written and verbal)• Ability and flexibility to travel to our corporate office in Miami, FL (Valid Visa required)• Strong time management practices.• Ability to interact and communicate well with others; ability to communicateeffectively in verbal and written formats; to ensure accurate order entryprocessing.• Active Listening• Ability to solve problems• Organizing, planning and prioritizing work• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand thepoints being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting atinappropriate times.• Reading Comprehension• Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.• Critical Thinking• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternativesolutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.• Talking to others to convey information effectively.• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations tomake improvements or take corrective action. Responsibilities:• Coordinates and processes orders and forwards them to the Production Department.• Completes and closes orders.• Updates dates of arrival of inventory for the Sales Department to have updatedinformation.• Reserves inventory on orders.• Processes orders taking into consideration inventory sites and bins• Creates new assemblies• Liberates assemblies when orders are ready• Processes PO's to vendors• Verifies inventory availability• Processes pick tickets, packing lists and sends them to the warehouse• Fulfills orders ready to ship
