.RESPONSABLE, ORGANIZADO, LIDERAZGO, CAPACIDAD DE TRABAJO EN EQUIPO, PRO ACTIVO.

.ES REPONSABLE DE LA FORMACION DEL PERSONAL BAJO SUS ORDENES.

.ORGANIZAR EL EQUIPO DE TRABAJO Y EL EQUIPO HUMANO SEGUN DIRECTRICES RECIBIDAS

.MANEJO DE EQUIPO PESADO FUNDAMENTAL.
