The Job The International Regional Sales Associate is responsible for delivering the sales budget for the assigned accounts and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers.
Achieve Sales goals and results.
Provide input into sales and merchandising plan.
Implement the sales / merchandising strategy for the current year.
Resolve customer requests and/or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Manage customer engagement and relationships.
Be proficient in all AIH technology (i.e.
ACENET, others).
Maintain awareness of all promotions and/or commercial initiatives Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by team leader.
Assist in the training and development of peers.
Actively participate in huddle and/or other assigned meetings.
What you'll do: Achieve assigned accounts sales budget and drive key initiatives for growth.
Deeply understand and promote the company programs driving synergy and scale across all accounts.
Ensure best practice is shared across and beyond portfolio accounts.
Develop strong relationships at a senior buyer level with key retailers and, where relevant, vendors in the region.
Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned and relevant support is given.
Key internal stakeholders include – merchandising, sourcing, new business development, customer service, operations, and finance.
Engage and close new wholesale opportunities that are provided by regional sales manager.
What you will need: Experience and Technical Requirements: Personally motivated self-starter and results oriented individual focused on solutions based on customer's needs.
Bilingual English and Spanish 2+ years of Business -to-Business sales experience preferred.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent customer service skills.
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with an emphasis on developing a sales growth plan and the ability to insure implementation.
Hardware sales experience a plus.
Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
