These individuals will use their customer service and strong communication skills to aid in streamlining communication and operational incident response case management.
This is a six-month internship starting in March 2022.The RoleAn intern in this position will work closely with the Safety and Incident Response team to help communicate with Tour Leaders when operational incidents occur on tour.
Your main role will be to assist with case management to support the operationteams needs for the different tour products EF produces for American and Canadian travelers.
You will get firsthand exposure to the Safety-First Program for EF's tours products and a holistic view of how the business operates.
This is a full-time, temporary position with a start date of January 2025, and an end date of July 2025.
While in the role, you may apply for permanent jobs within EF that have start dates in August or later.
Main areas of responsibilityAnswer all calls that come into the Operations Emergency line, open operational cases and assign to the correct specialist by productLiaise with teammates across departments to ensure consistency of cases and case management proceduresProvide on-tour support and assist with the operational tasks required to produce a tourCollaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Invoicing, and the Tour Director Department to provide a beautiful customer experienceAssist the Safety and Incident Response team with administrative tasks as neededRequirementsComplete fluency in English, confident and clear communication.
