Internship Overview The HRBP Intern will focus on HR operational support and process automation.
The intern will gain valuable experience in both HR operations and the growing field of HR technology and process optimization.
Responsabilities Assist in HR Operational Support: Provide support for day-to-day HR operations, including employee management, new hire onboarding documentation, and employee files maintenance Help with HR reporting, preparing and updating HR metrics, and generating reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, attendance, etc.).
Support HR Process Automation: Assist in identifying areas of improvement within HR workflows and processes, suggesting opportunities for automation.
Help design, test, and implement automated solutions to streamline HR operations processes.
Maintain and update automated systems and tools to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of HR data.
Project Management Assistance: Collaborate with HRBP team members on various HR projects, such as performance management, succession planning, or workforce planning.
Coordinate project timelines and track project progress.
Document project results, lessons learned and provide suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

Adaptability & Learning Agility.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR field.
Basic knowledge of data and automation tools (experience with platforms like Power BI, Power Automate, or others).
