Human Resources Assistant

Assist with the personal files of the staff Prepare entry documents of new staff.  Follow up with the vacations of the local staff, update monthly report Manage attendance of local staff Follow up with the trainings, making sure attendants are subscribed to the trainings, make sure they attend and make sure Accounting pays the for the training (for external trainings) Update weekly the training report, with all the internal and external trainings Assist the HR Officer to get all the necessary documents required for the Migration processes and Work Permit of expats Process Insurance claims with the insurance company.
Follow up on the payments for several providers: Training, recruitment, migration, insurance, VALE, among others.  Assist the HR Officer to manage the benefits of the company like birthday gift, paid-leave, bonuses, VALE, Insurance, among others Help in other activities like Christmas parties, dinners, lunch meals, among others.  Assist the HR Officer to coordinate interviews for recruitments, participate in interviews.  Assist with reports, redacting memos and other documents.  Assist in audits from SBP, Internal or External Auditors.  Any other function assigned by the HR Manager or Head of Department.
