Job Description • Constantly offer a professional, friendly welcome and engaging service, creating emotional moments for our guests.
• Have thorough knowledge of the food and beverage offerings at the outlets and their operations.
• Manage weekly reservations through digital platforms.
• Understand the tasks of the server at the point of sale.
• Have complete knowledge and adhere to the main quality assurance standards.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Responsible cash handling.
Open and close the cash register during your shift.
Qualifications • Previous experience with OpenTable is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and creating positive experiences for guests.
