The Regional Key Account manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales through distributor channels in Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, and Cuba. The role also includes responsibilities across Central America. The ideal candidate will possess strategic sales management experience, particularly within distributor and wholesale channels, and demonstrate the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies. This role demands a highly strategic mindset and strong relationship management skills.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in managing distributor sales channels, particularly in wholesale.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies with distributors in diverse markets.
Experience in launching new products and services in emerging markets is a plus.
Strategic thinking with a strong ability to develop comprehensive sales and market plans.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Driver's License and own car REQUIRED.
Must possess a valid U.S. visa for travel.
Availability to travel frequently across Central America, including visits to emerging markets.
Experience in project management or related disciplines is a plus.
