Internship Overview The Intern will join the Strategic Delivery Hub, a team within the Analytical Operations Tower in FP&A, that works as a consultant agency within the company.
This team specializes in high impact projects, across different areas of the company (finance, marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.
); combining cutting edge data and analysis tools (including AI, machine learning, code, etc.)
to support strategic the Executive Leadership Team initiatives.
This team also provides key reporting and analytics for Global Brands Finance leaders.
The Intern will be assigned a project that will impact the Global Brands workstream.
It is expected that they will co-design, develop, test, put in production and present their results.
Learning resources will be provided so the intern can master the tools needed for the task.
Additionally, is it expected that the intern will support the reporting workstream for the Global Brands Finance leaders.
Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of the assigned project, including co-design with senior team members, develop, test, put in production and present results.
Prepare monthly recurrent Finance reporting for Global Brands Finance Leadership.
Collaborate in the preparation of Executive Presentations to show the brands' performance.
Support with data pull and management in ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications Qualifications Strong communication skills in Spanish and English language.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, consulting & listening skills.
Ability to deal confidential information.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Deep hands-on experience in using data reporting and visualization tools (preferred).
