To lead and develop the Commercial organization according to the leadership framework to ensure the best team in the sport industry.
Key Responsibilities: Ensures sales, profitability, margin, and operational objectives are met through an executed strategic business plan Responsible for developing and leading the adidas Channels strategy within designated LADMAR (omni-channel) in alignment with country GM and management team / direct stakeholders to reach expected goals Leads culture and develops people within the channels to drive employee engagement, retain talents and develop capabilities across the business in order to achieve Global and Market/Country strategic goals Develop strong strategic relationship with main retailers to facilitate implementation of our strategy Maintain the company policies, processes and guidelines at a high level to ensure compliancy in our daily processes Influence internal and external stakeholders to reach the expected targets Develop a sell out strategy and action plans with his/her team to ensure high performance standards of our brands in store Lead go to market process to ensure pre sales plans (WHS) Lead the strategic planning for major customers (STAPs) both internally and externally to ensure smooth strategy execution Influence the local plan as part of the management team to contribute to the success or our company in the country Key Relationships: WHS Sales Development, WHS VP, B&T team Sales Directors, DTC Directors, eCom team SCM, Demand Planning, Credit, Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR Knowledge Skills and Abilities : Highly specialized level of business acumen Multichannel management (Wholesale, Distributors) Extensive depth of theoretical knowledge and organizational practice or expertise across several disciplines Leadership to influence and guide internal teams and external partners Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 12 years Minimum of 5 years management experience required Working Spanish & advanced English
