Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring the successful promotion and growth of our retail lifestyle shopping centers.
This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with the Director of Brand Strategy, and managing daily tasks like content creation, digital advertising, and tenant engagement.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in marketing, strategic planning, and communication.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote retail shopping centers, increase foot traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
Content Management: Ensure websites, newsletters, and social media channels reflect up-to-date and accurate information about tenant promotions, events, and news.
Tenant Relations: Foster relationships with tenants, ensuring their businesses are well-promoted on our digital platforms.
Paid Advertising: Oversee and optimize paid digital campaigns for higher engagement and ROI.
Social Media: Manage the centers social media channels, developing campaigns and monitoring engagement metrics.
Email Marketing: Oversee newsletters and email campaigns promoting events and tenant specials.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report website traffic, campaign performance, and customer insights, adjusting strategies based on data-driven feedback.
Collaboration: Work with the brand strategy team to align the centers goals with overall company branding.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or event sectors.
Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic, analytical thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with retail center marketing and tenant relations.
Ability to design creative marketing assets using Adobe tools.
Proven track record of driving foot traffic through online promotions.
