About the company Unifeeder Group is a global logistics company with over 150 vessels, transporting 5.5 million containers annually.Their efficient and sustainable transport solutions simplify supply chain management for their customers, allowing them to focus on their core business.They have recently established services in the Americas and aspire to become the market leader within their field in this region, as well.Take advantadge of this great opportunity to join a great multicultural team and leave your mark in shaping the future of the company in Panama City, by delivering the best class customer service.About the position The customer service agent takes care of the company's clients needs and their cargo, moving in and out of the region throughout different geographies, terminals and vessels.This agent is part of a team of 6 members and also collaborates with colleagues located in Aarhus, Denmark as well as other departments across the Unifeeder Group.Main functions Proactive customer service and booking management in day-to-day cargo execution Day-to-day contact with regional customers and customer visits Build good customer relations by keeping deadlines, securing best in class service delivery and keeping cost impact of decisions in sight.Be part of driving continuous improvement, in the department and across the business seeking constant improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or other related fields 3 years of experience in customer service positions within the maritime industry or shipping companies Advanced English and Spanish level (both spoken and written) Drivers license (desirable) Important qualities Respect for deadlines Sense of urgency and quality Results driven
