Working as a Commercial Leader in Systems & Services at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be responsible for many growth and change management strategic implementations. You will be managing a group of Key Account Managers at the same time you are accountable for specific named accounts in the region, delivering yourself sales target. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.
We’re looking for a Commercial Leader Systems & Services Latam (Office & Industry Segment) who’ll be responsible for growing our existing business in Systems and Services Sales within our Office and Industry Segment.
You’ll be part of the Signify Systems and Services organization in Latin America and its responsibilities are being the growth engine for the Business Segment whilst securing spotless execution so entrepreneurship, being process oriented and flawless execution must be in your DNA.
What you’ll do
Execute regional Systems &Services Strategy in the context of market trends and opportunities.
Execute optimal Go-to-Market structure to maximize sales and channel efficiency.
Manage commercial team to achieve sales, marketing and inventory targets.
Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive sales & marketing team engagement, culture of accountability.
Build required sales and marketing capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area
What you’ll need
7+ years of in-depth experience in Commercial/business sales management roles with experience across specific named accounts
7+ years of proven ability to designing and executing defined strategic account plans
7+ years of direct people management
Experiencing in driving and applying LEAN for continuous process improvement
Impactful communication skills
Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
Flexibility to travel
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/operations/technology
MBA or related master’s degree
PMI Certified is a plus
