The position As a Commercial Excellence Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: Develop and implement strategies to align, measure, and achieve excellence in the execution of commercial initiatives with business unit goals and objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of best practices for sales force effectiveness, productivity index, market expansion, and field force deployment.
Establish metrics to evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives and provide regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Design and execute targeted customer segmentation strategies to optimize resource allocation and customer engagement.
Lead market research activities to gather insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Develop and administer short-term incentive plans to motivate and drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes.
Lead the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives to enhance commercial operations and to achieve a superior customer engagement.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline (A Master's degree in Business Administration or MSc in Analytics, Data, Digital, or related fields is highly desirable).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence or Sales Force Effectiveness.
Background in the pharmaceutical or retail industries are a strong plus.
Proficiency in establishing and monitoring performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives; Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance commercial performance.
Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with market dynamics and customer needs.
