Butler

Job Description •    As a Butler you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest service for our VIP guests.
•    Provide anticipatory, bespoke, intuitive and seamless service when dealing with guest´s requests.
•    Participates in active storytelling about the hotel and destination through signature rituals.
Qualifications Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point.
Online Review Management platforms.
Previous experience as PA, Maitre´D and supervising departments like Butlers and Guest Experience Prior formalized training as a Butler is highly regarded.
