We are seeking a detailed-oriented and organized General Accountant to join our team.
This role requires a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) skilled in bookkeeping, office administration, and customer order processing.
As part of our team, you will play and essential role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
• Manage order entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all incoming orders.
• Handle source document filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
• Provide office administration support, including managing office supplies, answering phone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to improve office processes and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
