**Job description**:Bodega central sos office panamá corp** Importante empresa de alimentos internacional busca auditores internos para diferentes marcas renombradas de servicio de comida rápida. Hay gran oportunidad para viajar y crecer dentro de la compañía con un trabajo retador pero flexible a la vez.
La posición corresponde a alrededor de 18 auditorías (en un inicio, e iría creciendo), de 1 a 2 horas aproximadamente cada una, en un horario flexible a negociar durante el mes.
El pago es de aproximadamente $600 dólares mensuales, para iniciar.
La persona en esta posición, tiene experiência en el manejo de alimentos y ha tenido contacto con auditorías, ya sea siendo auditor o siendo auditado. Posee excelentes habilidades de Servicio al Cliente y atención al detalle.
- Interact with customers and make follow-up calls in order to collect the amounts due and Upselling.
- Building and maintaining a relationship with the existing clients.
- Engage, Retain and Upsell existing customer accounts by delivering great customer experiences.
- Call existing customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs and create a customer supplier relationship.
- Timely payment & collections from the customers
- Process payments and refunds
- Increasing the company's sales by upselling its services.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Updating the existing customers on the ongoing projects.
- Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment and work status.
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive, BDM, Customer Success or Collection Specialist role
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree
