Admissions Counselor at ISP The admission Counselor will be responsible for overseeing the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition for new students, and maintaining strong relationships with parents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the school's values, and the ability to manage various administrative skills.
Reports to: Director of Strategic Enrollment Management Collaborates closely with: Prospective families, Head of Marketing & Communications, Principals, Assistant Principals, Counselors, Head of Alumni Relations, amongst others - Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents from initial inquiry to enrollment & on-boarding Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective families and strategic partners Process applications in the corresponding systems and with the corresponding teams to ensure comprehensive reviews of all candidates Conduct informative and welcoming school visits or virtual information sessions Support the Marketing team in creating promotional materials Track admissions data to identify trends and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies - What you will do: Day-to-day tasks: On-campus tours and virtual information sessions Email and phone correspondence with prospective families and strategic partners Scheduling interviews and assessments that are part of the admissions process Prepare and lead Working Committee Sessions & support Enrollment Committee sessions Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of admissions strategies and identify areas of improvement enrollment Manage the use of the student information system & customer relationship management system to ensure robust data management Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve the process and understanding of all stakeholders involved - What you bring: Characteristics this candidate needs to possess to excel in this position.
