personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates.Your role:Processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc.
Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements.Approving, rejecting, re-submitting or escalating transactions based on policies and guidelinesResponding to external/internal requests for information.
Supporting delivery of reports within scope.
Filing employee-related documentation and maintaining employee files and records.You're the right fit if:You've a bachelor or equivalent degree in Administration, Human Resources or similar.You have 3+ years of experience in multi-country payroll.You are fluent in English, oral and written.You've intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required.Your skills include, strong attention to detail, process oriented and accuracy.Experience in Shared Service Center is a plusAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
