About the Role:
We are seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administration Executive to support in the day-to-day procurement and sales department operations.
This is a role that involves financial, sales, tendering, and purchase management tasks.
As a key member of a team, you will work closely with other departments and assist with managing procurement and sales tasks for a company in the maritime-port sector.
This role requires you to be in the office and sometimes in the streets, at least five (5) days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
For Sales:
• Generating leads; answering customer´s inquires and quotes via email or phone; meeting and exceeding sales goals; planning sales strategies; knowledge of the company´s products and services; visiting customers for presenting and demonstrating our products and services; managing customer relationships (customer focus).
For Procurement:
• Knowledge of the procurement process; maintaining good supplier relations; negotiation; researching and evaluating prospective suppliers (supplier evaluation); buying products or services; tracking and recording purchase orders; ensuring timely delivery; developing and monitoring purchasing policies; risk management and analysis.
For Finance:
• Developing and maintaining a budget; preparing and updating financial reports (financial analysis); managing records and receipts; recording accounts payable and accounts receivable; process invoices; making bank deposits; bank statements.
For Tendering:
• Knowledge of the tender process; preparing quotes (and follow up); evaluating cost and prices; attention to details (making sure description, quantity and price is correct when quoting); compliance, managing closing times; monitoring the tender process.
Qualifications

? Required:
Bilingual (Spanish/English),
Degree in administration, finance, sales, marketing or any other related area,
Strong customer service, organizational skills and attention to details,
Comfortable managing multiple tasks,
Experience in the maritime-port sector is a plus,
Passionate for sales.
? Preferred
At least, one (1) year of proven experience in sales and procurement,
Background in finance and tender (Previous job reference letters),
Knowledge of the maritime sector,
Own car.
