As a Service Fulfillment Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams with various tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Reporting: Assisting in the compilation, analysis, and presentation of data for regular reports to track team performance and operational metrics. Updating information for dashboards.
- Clerical Work: Handling routine administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Assist with BA monitoring and cleaning, ensuring that all issues are attended by the responsible person.
- Administrative Support: Supporting the teams with activities such as incident logging, creating lists, taking meeting minutes, and other administrative duties crucial for workflow management.
- Collaboration: Working closely with team members across multiple Service Fulfilment teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be deployed to assist 3 different Teams so you will have the opportunity to understand the execution of Container Vessel Operations.
- Flexibility: Adapting to changing priorities and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required to meet the evolving needs of the department.
We are looking for:
- We are looking for a student of International Commerce, Port Administration, Nautical Engineering, Logistics, or a related bachelor’s degree to perform their Professional Practice in the Operations Department of a leading Shipping Line.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Apps, and Power BI).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
