What you'll do:Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.Perform regular data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data integrity checks, ensuring high-quality and accurate data.Leverage Salesforce's built-in features to develop scalable solutions, prioritizing the use of no-code/low-code solutions.Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and validation rules.Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems and applications.Provide end-user support and training, addressing issues and answering questions to ensure optimal use of Salesforce.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture, configurations, processes, and training materials.Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features and assess their potential impact on the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that support business processes.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organization policies and best practices.Who you are:You have 2 to 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in an initial Salesforce implementation and ongoing system management.You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration options including roles, profiles, security settings, workflows, and data management.You have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.You have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.You must have one of the following Salesforce certifications or an equivalent (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator), with a commitment to ongoing professional development.Experience leading and managing Salesforce training (especially through Trailhead modules) is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersFluency in EnglishWhy you'll love working with us:People at EF make things happen.
