Sale Manager

We are searching for a high leader management with experience in consumer good industry, experience in sales, managing DTT and distributors, highly oriented to team development and achievement of results through people.

Responsibilities

· Planning, organizational KPI tracking & execution; guaranteeing synergies with finance and logistics.

· Distributor sales management, experience on MT & TT channels, focus to maintain a sustainable and profitable growth.

· Portfolio Management.

· Management and forecast of budget.

· Assure healthy inventory levels.

· Business planning.

· Guarantee implementation of the perfect store in each channel.

· Negotiating high ROI initiatives.

· Category & brand knowledge.

Education & Professional Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer or similar. MBA Desirable.

6 o more years of experience in sales, managing DTT and distributors in the consumer good industry.

Fluent in English and Spanish

Live in Panamá, Panamá.
