About the position:
Quality Assurance can be complex, but you make it simple, and help ensure a seamless user journey for our client’s digital experiences used by millions of users.Quality Assurance is an important step in the website development process. You want people who visit our site to feel confident about the quality of the information they find.

Job Description:
Data collection and Data analysis.
Work with QA manager to plan and prepare for testing.
Review individual feature sets, reported fixes and full regressions.
Test site functionality and site analytics, review site performance, copy and visuals across supported devices and browsers.
Report bugs in JIRA, following proper JIRA workflow and company processes.
Collaborate with project team to identify and find fixes for reported bugs or glitches
Provide feedback in a timely manner to QA requests.
Participate in project scrums.
Creation and maintenance of content for webpages that are intended for global audiences through CMS authoring tools.
Provide status updates of open tasks to Project Managers, QAA Manager and/or clients.

Requirements:
English speaking, reading and writing.
Intermediate computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress, or any other blogging or content management tools.
Quality Assurance experience is ideal.
Programming experience; comfortable reading and writing code to help find potential issues is a plus. Preferably experience working within Node.JS and/or Java.
Experience with automated testing tools and runners such as Seleniumor others is a plus.
