Join us as aCompliance and Control Engineering, Advisor on our Compliance Engineering team in Panama to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.You will:Be a part of a new and exciting team within GRC, with high visibility and opportunities to make strategic decisions for the organizationAssess all existing Dell Security and Resiliency policies and standards in detail, to understand the landscape of Dell processes today, and support the future-state modernization of our policies and standards frameworkWork with cross-functional stakeholders across SRO and Dell’s business functions to define control objectives and to identify the related control taxonomy (control ownership, control target asset, control target persona, etc.) for each requirement within our Dell StandardsDrive and engineer the development of our SRO Controls Framework in ServiceNow GRC, aligning company entities and control objectives, building downstream assessments, and managing communications with stakeholdersTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements 5+ years’ experience with Security controls implementation and compliance management (inclusive of Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Enterprise Resiliency, and Product Application Security controls)Strong verbal and written communication skills for communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (new hires through executive leadership)Proven experience using the ServiceNow GRC – Integrated Risk Management platformFamiliarity with and/or direct experience leveraging the Secure Controls Framework and CIS Critical Security Controls v8 in building and deploying a complex, customized, organization-specific controls frameworkDesirable Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldProfessional certifications in Information Systems/Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA etc)Previous experience as an external auditorHere’s our story; now tell us yours!Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
