Maersk Line is looking or a proactive Financial Analyst To provide analytical support to area leadership team and responsible for ensuring that all key metrics are available and understood. In addition, do deep dive analysis on key metrics as directed by Area Finance Manager or Area Business Partners to derive insights on how to improve business performance. Key responsibilities
Ensure all financial and volume key metrics are available for the needed meetings and performance dialogues
Prepare material for and conduct together with the area leadership team performance reviews with the region Do deep-dive analysis on financial key metrics
Ensure that performance of all key metrics of the area leadership team are understood (What, Where, and Why)
Do deep-dive analysis on selected key metrics upon request to identify areas of improvement Anchor of region forecasting and target setting
Support the Finance Business Partner with running the forecasting and target setting process
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in finance related field1 to 3 years of experience in finance tasksAdvance English level (Above 85% of fluency)
Experience working with SAP will be a plusMS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Excellent analytical skills to be capable of combining strategy and financial insights.Attention to details, thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involvedCreative problem-solving skills and ability to be structured and organized in his/her approach to problem solving
Ability to make decisions under pressure as well as demonstrate excellent reasoning skills is essential.
Fast learner person with the ability to do new things and carry out new responsibilities easily
