Main Responsibilities: - Performing demandsrequested by the manager, by electing resources necessary to their fulfillment, as well as providing direct technical support do the Commercial Advisor on questions and pending issues;
- Processing of customer complaints, conducting tests and taking all necessary measures for their solution;
- Conducting technical assistance visits at clients' site, aiming at investigating complaints regarding the Company's products;
- Preparing Technical Services reportscollecting data
- Supporting the manager in the analysis of texts and other aspects of graphic materials for the Company's products produced by the Marketing and other areas (eg, Product Flyer, Product Catalog, Application Table and Product Recommendation, among others);
- Answering calls, solving doubts and forwarding real clients' problems to the area so they can be handled punctually;
- Conducting technical visits to clients and performing prospects, together with Commercial Advisors, according to the Annual Schedule, surveying demands and providing support to the solution of technical problems
- Conducting Field Testing of products together with the Commercial area
- Monitoring the performance of products at clients' sites, collecting or receiving samples, sending them for evaluation and providing technical advice and suggesting actions to improve product performance, whenever required;
- Conducting internal and external training about the Company's products and their applications, aimed at qualifying people interested in the Company's products and technology;
- Making and updating the Training modules offered by the Company's Technical Support, submitting them to the manager for validation;
- Keeping up on technologies related to the Company and its products in order to adopt the best practices of technical solutions for the business;
- Carrying out a Lubrication Plan for the clients, analyzing industrial machinery and defining the products to be used, as well as the treatment to be applied;
- Evaluating technically the Commercial Advisors, structuring information for the direct manager;
- Controlling, compiling and presenting individual results, whenever it is required by the imediate lead;
- Analyzing processes inherent to their sector, suggesting improvements for results maximization;
- Keeping updated on technological advances in the industry for professional development
Requirement:
- College degree in Mechanic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related areas.
- At least 6 months in similar positions
- Minimum Knowledge:Basic Chemistry;Basic Mechanics;Intermediate Excel;Intermediate Word;Intermediate Power Point; Intermediate EnglishAutomotive mechanics;
