Overview:[ This is an Accounts Payable analyst role that will support the Quest organization.
]Responsibilities:Manage payables mailbox
Process PO and Non-PO invoices into ERP (Oracle R12)Work closely with Procurement, PO owners, and Approvers in the business areas to ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely basisCommunicate with suppliers on AP related queries for your designated workload
Ad hoc duties as directed by Accounts Payable Manager
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge and experience with high volume invoice processingProcess to focus on 'best in class' practices for all areas of APFlexible, adaptable to change, a real team playerEnthusiastic, forward thinking, self-motivated individualExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure & tight deadlines with minimum supervisionSpoken and written English
